SHORT DESCRIPTION - INTERMEDIATE FLANGED SIGHT GLASS FOR HIGHER PRESSURES
The ACI intermediate flange tubular sight glass type 640A is a solid intermediate flange version of our tubular sight glasses.
The Type 640A is suitable for an operating pressure of up to 20 bar and can be easily installed between flanges according to ASME 16.5B CLASS 150. Thanks to its compact design, Type 640A can also be installed in an existing system with very little effort. In addition, we can realize operating pressures of 20 bar and more even with larger nominal diameters.
The standard version made of borosilicate glass is suitable for an operating temperature of up to 280°C. The system can also be used for larger nominal widths. If a higher operating temperature is required, we also offer the intermediate flanged tubular sight glass type 640A in quartz glass.
