The ACI Tank Sight Glass Type 322 for high-pressure applications is a reinforced sigh glass fitting based on our Type 321.
The improved flange height and the installation of glass discs exceeding the standard sizes of DIN 7080 allow Type 322 to withstand an operating pressure of up to 160 bars.
The gasket sealing pressure is applied using preinstalled fasteners, similar to our Type 321. This way, the sight glass fitting only needs to be installed on the carrier flange in your installation to complete the sealing.
A high temperature version is also available, using special gaskets and glass materials. Due to the high operating pressure, the installation of wipers or spray arms is not possible on Type 322. Light fixtures using halogen or LED light sources are available directly from us.
Like our whole range of round tank sight glasses, Type 322 is available in a wide selection of steel alloys and can be adapted perfectly to your individual requirements! Mica discs and high performance glass materials like quartz or sapphire cover even the most demanding applications.
